EvRR Summer Track Series is Back!
We’re excited to announce the return of our popular Summer Track Series beginning Tuesday June 2nd at Foxboro High School Track – and Coach Fiona Murphy is BACK!
Whether you’re looking to build speed, improve strength or simply enjoy a motivating group workout, these sessions are designed for runners of all paces and experience levels.
6:15 PM - Warm-ups
6:30 PM - Track Workout
7:15 PM - Cool Down

No race experience? No problem! To help Coach Fiona provide individualized workout recommendations, runners are encouraged to share a recent 5K time, estimated pace, or their current running experience at the first workout.
