Saturday Group Long Runs
 

Join us every Saturday for a group long run hosted by a different club member from their home or local meeting spot.

Runs depart at 7:30 am during the summer and 8:00 am in the winter.  The base distance is typically 10 miles, with multiple options available to accommodate all levels of training. Routes can be adjusted for shorter or longer loops based on your needs.

 

Whether you're training for a marathon or simply looking for a consistent weekly run, all paces and distances are welcome.  Come rain or shine, there's a place (and pace) for everyone on the Saturday run!

Looking for a relaxed way to start your Sunday? Our Sundays are informal, self-organized runs or walks from rotating locations.

Summer Track Workouts
 
Track workouts held Tuesday evenings during the Summer at the Foxboro High School Track (120 South St., Foxboro, MA). Warm ups begin at 6:15 and the workout starts at 6:30.
