Saturday long runs take place each week, hosted by a different club member from their home or another community location.
Runs depart at 7:30 am during the summer and 8:00 am in the winter. The long run distance varies depending on the marathon training schedules (with many club members training for Boston in the spring and a selected club marathon in the fall). The base distance for these runs is typically 10 miles, but we offer multiple distance options to accommodate all levels of training. Distances can be adjusted within the route, and runners can choose to do shorter or longer loops depending on their training needs.
All runners, regardless of pace or distance preference, are welcome and encouraged to join. You don’t need to be training for a marathon to enjoy these weekly runs, and the runs are held rain or shine.

Come for a run, stay for the fun! Runs will take place from different locations with opportunity to stay to socialize and or grab a bite to eat afterwards!
